He made sure the mesh was still in place, then walked my entire roof to inspect for any other issues, taking pictures of everything as he went. Turns out the last roofer had secured that exact vent cap wrong, and Seth showed me exactly what had been done incorrectly. He ran to the hardware store, got the right bolts and nuts, and reinstalled the cap correctly. On his own, he also went and checked all the other vent caps and noticed several were missing bolts entirely, so he put those on too. On top of that, he sealed up exposed nails and a few other areas of concern while he was up there, all for a very fair fee. Really happy I got in touch with Seth. Honest, thorough, and quick.
